Chilensis Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Chilensis Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 is a deep dark burgundy-red color. Complex and intense on
the nose, this Cabernet Sauvignon has standout fruit aromas with notes of blackberries, blueberries, cherries,
and plums, along with herbaceous notes of pepper and bay leaf. Oak aging contributes notes of vanilla, coffee,
and leather, all enveloped in very intense oak aromas. Big-bodied on the palate with plenty of volume and
tannins full of character and a slight astringency. Its structure and elegance make this Cabernet Sauvignon
Reserva ideal with red meat, pâté, lamb, and game meats.


Rio Secco Cabernet Sauvignon

This intense ruby-red wine is well balanced and full of red cherry and berry fruit flavors. It has good structure and would be ideal with meat dishes


Lot 205 Cabernet Sauvignon

Dante Merlot

This wine is medium to full body with overtones of plum, strawberry and black cherry. It is earthy, with dried herbs in the nose and palate. Spice and floral flavors that is somewhat complex and focused. This is a soft, supple Merlot that would pair well with grilled chicken and mature cheese. It has a lingering finish, framed by medium tannins.


Chilensis Carmenere

Our 2009 Chilensis Reserva Carmenère shows a remarkable deep purplish color that is both brilliant and
clean. Its attractive, intense nose reveals aromas of black fruits such as blackberries and ripe plum, as well
as spicy notes of black pepper and bay leave that intermingle with a delicate touch of caramel and
tobacco that come with oak aging. Medium-bodied on the palate with soft, elegant tannins. This Chilensis
Reserva Carmenère stands out for its elegant persistence and structure. Ideal with pastas, cheeses, and
vegetable dishes.


Mars and Venus Merlot
